We’ll only need some wood, planks, and sticks to create a hoe in Minecraft, and then put it all together! In the steps below, we’ll teach you how to accomplish just that.
- Collect logs
If you already have an Axe, you may skip several of these procedures and just cut down some trees. If you’re just getting started, though, it’s time to punch! Find any nearby tree and harvest some logs by pounding or cutting it.
2. Construct Wood Planks
Place the wood logs in the crafting area after opening your inventory. If you don’t already have a Crafting Table, each log will provide four planks, for a total of seven.
3. Construct a Crafting Table
Fill up the crafting area in your inventory with four of your planks. This will get us access to a crafting table!
4. Create a stick
We’re down to two sticks now. Place two wood planks on your Crafting Table or in your inventory’s crafting area. To make four sticks, stack the planks on top of each other.
5. Construct the Hoe
We already have all of the components; all we have to do now is mix them together. Place your Crafting Table on the ground if you haven’t previously (you can pick it up again by punching or hitting it with a tool). Start at the bottom and work your way to the middle using two sticks. Then insert one of the wood planks in the centre of the top!
