- Five Oak Planks

Open the crafting table to make a shovel in Minecraft. In the upper row of your 3×3 crafting table grid, place one Wooden Plank in the middle column. In the middle row of your 3×3 crafting table grid, place one Stick in the middle column. In the lower row of your 3×3 crafting table grid, place one Stick in the middle column.
If you are using a PC / Mac, you don’t need a Wooden Shovel to craft an Oak Boat.
Directions to make an Oak Boat
- Firstly collect all the required items.
- When you have all the items, open the Crafting Table and drag the items there in the following fashion:
- In the upper row of your 3×3 crafting table grid, place two Oak Planks in the first and the last columns.
- In the middle row of your 3×3 crafting table grid, place three Oak Planks in all three columns.
- Leave the lower row of your 3×3 crafting grid unoccupied.
